Project Update:

The building permits have been approved! The foundation for the front porch has been dug and poured. And the foundation for the 3 story room addition has been dug and poured. It’s hard dirty work but the guys of Mountaineer Contracting are ready!

The brothers stand by the dug foundation for the new front porch at 1453 Anderson Ave. Below is the vision picture for the porch. I think I could spend some time relaxing on this porch!

The garage roof that will eventually be the site for the new owner’s suite. Some good old-fashioned cement work being done to make sure the foundation of this amazing addition is good and strong!
