Some interesting finds during this phase of the renovation…wire mesh in all the Sheetrock joints! This makes for very solid walls and corners but makes for very difficult demo. Once the sheetrock was gone, the brothers discovered there is no insulation in the walls. So what will the new owners have the former owners did not…? A draft free home! New insulation will be placed in the walls before sheetrock goes back up.

No more pink tile…I should have asked to keep that little pink cabinet, It’s kinda cute!
