Once the walls went up over the garage…it doesn’t look like the same house! A new roof went over the original house today and it will tie-in with the addition so seamlessly that the only evidence that it is an addition will be these photographs.
Below are pictures of the new addition inside and out. Put on your imagination goggles with me and begin to see the makings of a palatial owners’ suite, expanded farmhouse-style kitchen, mudroom and covered back patio. Be sure to go all the way to the final picture so we can all agree on exactly how this renovation is going to end!
New roof, new porch, new bedroom…new look, new house!
Owners’ suite. Imagine an amazing vaulted ceiling, two large closets, two vanities and a luxury soaking tub just under that window on the back wall.
Just how high will those ceilings be…?! And is there a view out that back window?

All new square footage…standing in the new mudroom looking into the expanded kitchen and out onto the covered back patio.
Old kitchen on the left…expanded square footage to the right. The wall in the middle will go and a steel beam will support the old exterior wall and allow for an entirely open kitchen and eating area.
