Real Estate and Corporate Photos

Pricing:

$120 for 25-35 MLS ready pictures for a Listing up to 2500 Sq Ft.

$150 for 30-40 MLS ready pictures for a Listing between 2500-4000 Sq Ft.

$175 for 35-45 MLS ready pictures for a Listing over 4000 Sq Ft.

$85 for Aerial (drone) Photography to include up to 15 pictures of a listing and included property.

$65 for Aerial (drone) Photography when combined with interior photos. Package will include up to 10 pictures of a listing and included property.

$125 for Headshots for business cards and websites — this price includes a 30 minute shoot.

$200 for Team Pictures or individual professional photo shoot — fully edited and multiple poses. Digital files will be ready for use on websites and marketing materials. Additional headshots for each team member are $75 when done at the team shoot.

Pricing is for listings in the greater Morgantown area including 20 miles outside of town. Listings beyond this will incur a small travel fee.

Senior Photo Shoots

Senior Photos sessions begin at $300 for one location and will include at least 10 fully edited photos that I believe represent the best of the shoot. Additional locations are $150 per location. Packages are available for Fall senior sessions to include cap and gown pictures in the spring!

Family Photo Shoots

Family photos sessions begin at $250 and will include at least 10 fully edited photos that I believe represent the best of the shoot. Additional locations are $150 per location.
